Interest Free Credit

Gardiner Haskins offers interest free credit on in store purchases from £199.99 to £2499.99 at Gardiner Haskins Homecentre, Cirencester and £500 to £2499.99 at Gardiner Haskins Interiors, Bristol, subject to a credit reference search. A deposit of 20% is required plus equal monthly payments rounded to the nearest £1 or 50p. How to apply: Credit applications can only be made in store by providing the following:

Two forms of identification are required which both show the customer's name and address for example:
Utility bill
Photo ID (e.g. driving licence or passport)

Customer must also agree to have an Experian credit search undertaken when opening an account. Credit searches may also affect your credit score.

Instruction for the Standing Order Mandate

Your agreement will be registered in our accounts department on the next working day and your standing order authority will be posted by first class post to your bank to action in full.

Once the standing order has left us, under the data protection act, we have no authority to check the standing order details with your bank or influence payment.

For your agreement to run smoothly and efficiently, through experience, we would recommend you carry out the following steps at least TEN DAYS after you have signed your agreement.

Telephone your bank to confirm they have received the authority to set it up.

Check they have recorded our bank account number and sort code correctly.

Check the amount, start date and finishing date has been entered accurately, this will ensure your agreement is not under or over paid by your bank.

Please note that the above action should ensure that your account will run smoothly for the agreed term.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This agreement is free of interest providing that all standing order payments are made on the due dates. In the event of non-payment or late payment we reserve the right to charge interest at 19.8% APR on the outstanding balance at the time. Therefore, please ensure that your bank or building society has actioned your standing order instruction before the first payment is due.

Early Repayment

You have the right to settle this agreement at any time by giving notice in writing and paying all amounts payable under this agreement. Notice to be sent to ifc@gardinerhaskins.co.uk or Gardiner Haskins Interiors, Brunel Rooms, 1 Straight Street Bristol BS2 0FQ.

Change of Personal Details

If you have a change in personal details within the terms of this agreement, please can you advise Gardiner Haskins in writing to the addresses: ifc@gardinerhaskins.co.uk or Gardiner Haskins Interiors, Brunel Rooms, 1 Straight Street Bristol BS2 0FQ.
