Practical, Bright & Modern Bathroom

Clever bathroom design took this bathroom from a small & dingy space to a well-laid out, contemporary bathroom utilizing the space more efficiently to create a brighter, larger space for the client.

Our client, Ruth, had been looking to renovate this bathroom in an apartment she was planning to rent out on Airbnb. After being disappointed with a previous experience elsewhere, she took to the internet to find some more inspiration and discovered Gardiner Haskins Interiors on Facebook. Intrigued, Ruth booked a free bathroom design appointment with our expert bathroom designer, Daisy Patto.

When Ruth visited the Bristol Bathroom Showroom she was initially impressed with the showroom, “It was well laid out and the premium look gave me the feeling I would get the result I was looking for here.”

During the initial design appointment and follow up communication Ruth was delighted with the can-do attitude of Daisy, “Daisy listened to what we were hoping to achieve, she spent a lot of time considering ideas we were putting forward and adding her own until we got to a fantastic design of the type and quality we were hoping for”

Before her visit, Ruth had already decided she wanted a free-standing bath for a luxury feel to the space with a separate shower to keep it practical for her visiting guests. Daisy opted for a Roper Rhodes Note free-standing bath in the design, complimented by brushed nickel brassware to enhance the premium look of the bath. The use of brushed nickel was also extended to the basin mixer tap and towel rail, creating a cohesive design.

Summing up her experience Ruth says, “The results are amazing – our rather small dingy bathroom now looks bigger and a place to linger! I can’t recommend Daisy or Gardiner Haskins Interiors enough and will certainly come back for any other work in the future.”
